Traffic Alert: Accident Causes Delays on Outer Loop at University Blvd.
Updated, 8:13 a.m.: The accident has been moved to the shoulder, but delays remain heavy in the University Blvd. area.
Original Post: Traffic is only getting by on the shoulder after a multiple car accident on the Outer Loop at University Blvd. in Silver Spring. There are significant delays in the area. The Inner Loop also backs up as drivers slow to look at the wreck.
