Traffic Alert: I-95 South Reopened in Dumfries After Tractor Trailer Fire
Updated, 7:13 a.m.: One lane on I-95 South has reopened and traffic is no longer being diverted from the interstate. Delays are significant in the area. Slow traffic begins before Cardinal Rd. on I-95 South.
Original Post: A tractor trailer fire has shut down I-95 southbound in Dumfries. The accident is not blocking lanes on I-95 North, but traffic appears to be slowing to look at the accident. WTOP is reporting that traffic is being forced to exit at Dale Blvd on I-95 South.
