Original Post: A tractor trailer fire has shut down I-95 southbound in Dumfries. The accident is not blocking lanes on I-95 North, but traffic appears to be slowing to look at the accident. WTOP is reporting that traffic is being forced to exit at Dale Blvd on I-95 South.
