Traffic Alert: Pennsylvania Avenue Southeast

Expect a traffic snarl in the vicinity of Pennsylvania Avenue and Carpenter Street in Southeast Washington. Police are setting up a search area and using K-9 units to search for two men who fled from a car that was reported stolen. Another vehicle was struck as police pursued the stolen car.
