Catoe Answers Rider Questions in Online Chat
Metro General Manager John B. Catoe Jr. took questions during an online chat on his agency's web site this afternoon. There was nothing particularly newsworthy in the hour of exchanges, but the head of the transit agency addressed some chronic customer complaints.
* Two different questioners complained about Metro employers misusing parking spots.
* He answered several specific questions about bus routes.
* Catoe reiterated that Metro workers are using special swabs to stop swine flu through the system daily.
