I-95 northbound near U.S. 1 reopens
Update (9:45 a.m.): All lanes of 1-95 NB are now open, according to MDOT. The right shoulder is closed.
Update (9:35 a.m.): Most lanes of 1-95 NB are now open. The right lane and right shoulder are closed.
Update (9:18 a.m.): According to MDOT, three lanes are now open. Expect delays throughout the area.
Update (9:18 a.m.): According to MDOT, two lanes are now open. Expect delays throughout the area.
Original post: Five of six lanes of the I-95 outer loop (northbound) are shut down just north of U.S. 1 because of a three-car accident, according to the Maryland Department of Transportation.
