Football at RFK Tuesday afternoon
It's a light week for traffic and transit, but we'll experience a spike Tuesday afternoon for the EagleBank Bowl at RFK Stadium in the District.
The game between UCLA and Temple is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. Anticipate heavier than normal traffic on East Capitol Street and C Street NE, Constitution and Independence avenues and I-395 and 295. Here's a map showing the parking areas around the stadium.
The nearest Metro station is Stadium-Armory on the Blue and Orange lines. That could make rush hour come early on those lines, but it's such a light week for commuting, we should be able to absorb it all right.
