Is there a way to sign up for e-mail or text messages for information like this? I was one of at least 10 people waiting for a bus at West Falls Church at 7:30 pm on Mondy Dec. 21 to return to the Herndon-Monroe parking lot when one of the public transit users learned of the sevice cutoff by using his cell phone. None of us were told when we got on the bus at the parking lot that we needed to catch a return bus by 7 pm. Whoever made this decision to cutoff service should resign or be fired.
