Red Line delays in both directions

Update (11:45 a.m.): Metro says the situation at Rockville has been resolved, but delays continue in both directions, so add extra time for your rail trips this morning.

Original post: Metro reports that trains are single-tracking between Shady Grove and Twinbrook stations. There is a report of smoke outside Rockville station, the transit agency said in an alert.
