VRE, MTA warning passengers of icy conditions

Icy conditions and inclement weather will also impact train commuters this morning. VRE sent out a message this morning warning passengers of icy conditions at all stations, urging people to plan with extra time and to be careful. MTA also sent out an alert to Penn Line riders, reporting that trains are operating with minor delays. They urged passengers to be careful on platforms and in parking lots.
