Disabled car blocks lane of I-495 North
8:30 A.M. UPDATE: Now just the north right shoulder is closed due to the disabled vehicle.
A disabled car is blocking the right lane of I-495 North after Idylwood Road. Couple this with general morning rush hour delays -- congestion is already pretty heavy on I-495 North in this area -- and it could mean even more backups. Be wary.
