Morning delays in Virginia

Virginia is a bevy of fun delays this morning:

-- Congestion is backing up traffic on I-395 (from the Potomac back to Route 7, and again from Edsall Road back to the Beltway), I-66 East (at the Chain Bridge Road) and I-95 North (in Occoquan).

-- Disabled vehicles have closed the right shoulder of I-66 East at the Beltway, the right shoulder of I-95 North in Lorton, the north left shoulder of I-95 North after Rolling Road/638 and the right shoulder of I-495 South just after the American Legion Bridge.

If you are commuting on any of those roads, plan for extra time this morning.
