Three Metrobus routes to be detoured Saturday

Metro announced Friday that three bus routes in downtown Washington will be detoured this weekend due to street closures.

Metrobus routes D6, 32, and 36 will be rerouted from noon Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday, the transit agency said, due to street closures at 13th Street NW between F Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, E Street between 12th and 14th streets NW, and Pennsylvania Avenue between 12th and 14th streets NW.

Mor information on Metrobus detours is available on the agency's short-term detour page.

As usual, the WMATA website is behind the curve. There is nothing on the detour link posted in this article as of 10:21 am Saturday. Metro themselves reference the same link for more info, but the page simple states "There are no reported bus detours in effect." Par for the course.
