Tractor trailer closes I-495 past River Road
6 A.M. UPDATE: All lanes have reopened just before 6 a.m., the state police report.
ORIGINAL POST: All lanes of the outer loop of I-495 just past River Road were closed earlier this morning after a tractor trailer lost its load, according to the Maryland State Police. The incident was called in shortly before 5 a.m.
