Md. DOT: Stay off I-95
The Maryland Department of Transportation's State Highway Administration wants motorists to avoid Interstate 95 between the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) and the Capital Beltway (I-495).
Abandoned and disabled vehicles are impeding the ability of crews to plow the highway, and of emergency responders to travel through the area.
