Snow emergency through rush hour

12:30 p.m. Update: The snow emergency is scheduled to be lifted at 6:30 p.m.

10:10 a.m.: DDOTDC just tweeted that the snow emergency will be lifted after evening rush hour.

What time do they consider the evening rush to end? Why don't they post this on the dc.gov website?
