Southeast Freeway lanes reopen

5:25 P.M. UPDATE: All lanes have reopened, officials said.

Original post: D.C. emergency crews are reporting a seven-car accident on the Southwest Freeway eastbound near the Third Street Tunnel exit. Officials said two lanes are blocked, and two adults have been transported to a local hospital.
