Headaches on the horizon

Metrorail delays
Red Line riders between Medical Center and Grosvenor should add at least 20 minutes to their normal travel time from 8 p.m. through the midnight closing each night through Thursday. Workers will be replacing old rail fasteners to stabilize the tracks, and trains in both directions will be sharing a single track around the work zone.

Blue Line riders between Stadium-Armory and Addison Road should add at least half an hour to their travel time from 9:30 p.m. to the midnight close each night through Thursday. Trains will share a single track while workers replace concrete slabs underneath the rails.
