Power restored to N. Capitol
6:15 P.M. UPDATE: DDOT reports that power has been restored to intersections in the area.
Original post:The District Department of Transportation and traffic reporting agencies say that a car hit a utility pole near Trinity College causing traffic signal outages on Michigan Avenue and North Capitol Street. Police are on the scene in some areas, but use caution.
