Heat order slows MARC service

The Maryland Transit Administration said CSX has issued heat orders Thursday for some of its rail ines. MARC passengers on the Brunswick and Camden Lines can expect delays as a result. Trains on those lines will operate 20 mph under their normal speed, but not less than 40 mph. Delays could range from 10 to 15 minutes, the MTA said.
