Four injured in Metrobus crash
3:55 p.m. Update: A route 79 Georgia Avenue express Metro bus collided with an automobile at Seventh and M streets NW at about 2:35 p.m. Thursday, according to Metro spokesman Steve Taubenkibel.
Three bus passengers and the automobile driver reported injuries, Taubenkibel said, but the injuries "all appear to be non-life threatening."
Preliminary information suggests the automobile may have run a red light, Taubenkibel said.
Original post: A Metro bus collided with a car near downtown this afternoon, prompting several ambulances to respond to multiple injuries, none of which appeared serious, a D.C. emergency official said.
The District's police department is investigating.

"Preliminary information suggests" that this is the first Metrobus driver I can respect. Usually it's the busses running lights and blocking traffic.

Someone ran a red light? I blame the cyclist.
