Overturned car slows Georgia
An auto has flipped on Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, bringing northbound traffic to a halt during the rush-hour trek.
You can monitor the situation via traffic cameras on the Post's traffic page. The incident occurred near the 8000 block in downtown Silver Spring.

A person, meanwhile, was reportedly struck by a train in northern Montgomery County, prompting disruption in CSX and MARC service. After a brief search, authorities said they located the man, who was still alive and conscious, with some fractures.
County fire department spokesman Capt. Oscar Garcia says crews were called just before 5 p.m. Wednesday, the Associated Press reports. Garcia says they are at Bent Willow Circle in Germantown, depicted below, and are working to rescue the man.
