In today's Food section, art critic Blake Gopnik ponders whether avant-garde cuisine can be considered avant-garde art. His exploration begins with a meal at Spain's world-renowned elBulli restaurant and also focuses on one closer to home, an afternoon with Jose Andres at Minibar.
