Win Capital Food Fight tickets in Got Plans? at 1 p.m.
We're about 15 minutes away from this week's Got Plans? chat, where we'll talk about Halloween ideas, along with solutions to your other going-out quandaries.
Lucky for you, we also have two pairs of VIP tickets to this year's Capital Food Fight, clearly one of the most fun foodie events in town. This year, Blue Ridge's Barton Seaver, Bourbon Steak's Michael Mina, Zaytinya's Mike Isabella, Willow's Tracy O'Grady and Volt's Bryan Voltaggio will compete in the Iron Chef-style competition. As always, there will be plenty of restaurants on hand, dishing out samples for party-goers.
This year's throwdown is sold out, so scoring tickets through us could be your best chance to get 'em. All you have to do is write into the chat and tell us which local restaurant is the best for first dates and why. We'll pick our two favorites at the end, so watch there to see if you're a winner.
On another programming note, we just scored a sweet chat at 1:15 p.m. with Zaytinya's Isabella, who -- spoiler alert -- just packed up his knives on this season's Top Chef last night. We know this timing conflicts with our chat, but hey, you'll just have to keep tabs on both of us during the hour.
