Got Plans? Redux: We hate service charges, too

We talked about crowds at new bars, U street establishments, French restaurants for first dates and Fotoweek DC. We also talked about the 9:30 club's upcoming switch from Tickets.com to Ticket Fly. New agency, same service charges. Bummer, man.
