Today was my first day in 2010 that I ventured forth into the city without any form of outerwear, not even a hoodie. I almost did cartwheels down the street. Many of you are feeling the same way so we'll be sure to cover a lot of outdoor excursion questions as well as al fresco drinking and dining options. I'm also excited about the Forward Festival and the sound system at U Street Music Hall which is the equivalent of the mothership in Close Encounters of the Third Kind. And oh yeah, go Terps!
