Got Plans at 1; win tickets to Shecky's Girls Night Out

The awesome spring weather means that we'll be fielding questions about all things outdoorsy, including patios and whether the Biergarten Haus on H Street will actually open this weekend. But patios aren't just places to get a drink and soak up the sun: They're also great spots to get in some people-watching.

Here from our perch downtown, where we while away our lunch hour staring at all the people in shorts and flip flops (and others in trench coats and tights), we can't help but wonder: Where do you go to gawk?

We ask because we have two pairs of tickets to give away for tonight's fashion extravaganza Shecky's Girls Night Out.

So ladies -- or dudes, because we don't judge -- drop in on the Got Plans? chat at 1 p.m. and send us your favorite local place to people-watch. We'll pick our two favorite answers and announce the winners at the end of the chat.
