Hot tickets: Imogen Heap, the New Pornographers and MGMT

By Alex Baldinger

Imogen Heap performs at the Warner Theatre May 29 (Chris Pizzello/AP).
"Electro-savvy" and "chanteuse": two words that are rarely paired together, but in the case of Britain's Imogen Heap, they are apt. The songwriter who once suggested "there's beauty in the breakdown" while a member of Frou Frou on 2002 megahit "Let Go," Heap performs at the Warner Theatre May 29. Tickets ($36.50) go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation and Ticketmaster.
