Summer is just about here, which means unbearably hot weather, tourists standing on the left side of the escalators and afternoon thunderstorms snarling rush hour traffic. Maybe now would be a good time for a dose of serenity. Luckily, the next couple of months offer plenty of options for free yoga and the chance to do a little stretching, chant a few oms and build up a reserve of calmness to deal with the inundation of out-of-towners.
