August mixtape: Arcade Fire, Los Lobos, Beth Orton, A Tribe Called Quest and more

There are some welcome returns to the live music scene in August, including local punk-folk faves the Evens, anthemic Canadian rockers Arcade Fire and U.K. electro-singer-songwriter Beth Orton. Hip-hop festival Rock the Bells celebrates a handful of classic albums, including A Tribe Called Quest's classic "Midnight Marauders," while Scissor Sisters attempt to turn Constitution Hall into a disco club.
