Free American Playlist tickets distributed Saturday morning
The Kennedy Center's "An American Playlist" concert series is bringing a parade of A-list talent to town for free performances: Black Thought and ?uestlove of the Roots, Branford Marsalis, Smokey Robinson and John Mayer are the biggest names coming to town between July 18 and July 20. Tickets for all concerts are free and are distributed beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday morning at the Kennedy Center.

Two free tickets per one person in line will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the Kennedy Center on Saturday, July 10, 2010. Tickets for the July 20 performance will be distributed beginning at 9 a.m. in the Hall of Nations (line forms to left of entrance).
Tickets for the July 18 performance will be distributed beginning at 10 a.m. in the Hall of States (line forms to right of entrance). Tickets for the July 19 performance will be distributed beginning at 11 a.m. on the River Terrace (follow signs). Any tickets not distributed will be available at the Box Office beginning at noon on July 10.
NOTE: There is no free parking when attending or picking up tickets for free events. No late seating for performances will be allowed. A live broadcast in the Grand Foyer of each performance will take place for patrons who are unable to be here on the day of the ticket give-away, for those who arrive late, or for those who don't have a ticket. The performances on July 18 and 19 will be streamed live on the Kennedy Center Web site: www.kennedy-center.org/millennium.
