Hot tickets: The Dismemberment Plan, the Allman Brothers Band, Local Natives
The Dismemberment Plan will reunite for two D.C. shows in January. (Dave Holloway)
If you didn't already know, local indie rockers the Dismemberment Plan are getting together to play a couple of shows to celebrate the vinyl re-issue of their 1999 album, "Emergency & I." Completely. Awesome. The four-piece will hit the Black Cat on Jan. 21 and the 9:30 Club on Jan. 22, giving us something to eagerly count down to once the calendar flips to 2011. Your only problem now is deciding which to go to (perhaps both?). Both shows go on sale Friday at noon. Per the usual, 9:30 tickets can be purchased at Ticketfly and Black Cat tickets at Ticket Alternative.
