There is a bit of a shake-up on Capitol Hill this Winter. No. Not that one. I'm talking about Travis Timberlake, who will be leaving his position as executive chef at Art and Soul to join Spike Mendelsohn as the director of operations for his Good Stuff restaurant group. Timberlake will stay on with Art and Soul through the end of the year, so the restaurant has a bit of time to look for their new executive chef. In the meantime their menu will remain the same, and its unlikely there will be any big changes anytime soon.
