Food in focus: The Atlas Room

In this week's Magazine, Washington Post restaurant critic Tom Sietsema dishes on Saturday afternoon cocktail spots and reviews a new destination on H Street NE, the Atlas Room. Here are some of our favorite photos:

Pan-seared chicken breast with gnocchi, apples and the chefs' own pomegranate molasses.

Israeli couscous forms the base for a salad of tender squid, shrimp and sweet mussels.
