This week, Washington Post restaurant critic Tom Sietsema visited two suburban stops for quick but satisfying Latin American meals, Carbon Peruvian Chicken & Grille in Rockville and El Sabor Boliviano in Springfield. As usual, Scott Suchman's beautiful photos help tell the story.
