Love your blog and also like the video section of it. A couple of quick suggestions, if you do not mind.

1. The background on today's segment is nice although a bit dark and that makes the webcam work extra hard and hence give a blurring effect. Try to make the background a bit lighter and the quality of the video will improve or have a little brighter light on your face (I know it may be annoying but it would make the show look a lot better).

2. Try to keep the same distance from the camera and do not move back and forth as the camera takes a bit longer than normal to focus.

3. Get a better webcam.

Hope I did not offend you. I am just giving some constructive feedback.
