Hard Hits with LaVar: The All-Met episode
Former Washington Redskin LaVar Arrington sits down with Lake Braddock QB Michael Nebrich, Good Counsel LB Vincent Croce and Battlefield Coach Mark Cox. Arrington, a former offensive and defensive star in high school who was named the national high school player of the year in 1996 (Parade Magazine), talked with the All-Met players of the year about their big seasons and their futures as recruits.
