NFL Wild Card Weekend Picks

By LaVar Arrington

Saints over Seahawks The Saints will be too much for the Seahawks.

Jets over Colts If the horseshoes can stop the run they have a real chance, but the Jets will bring a heavy dose of ground and pound.

Chiefs over Ravens I believe this is my upset of the week. It will be a great game to watch.

Packers over Eagles Clearly this will be the most watched game of them all. The Packers will stun the Eagles.

The Packers winning wouldn't be very stunning, even to Eagles fans. It seems like the general consensus slightly favors Green Bay, actually.

shucks, we left off Fla. A & M Rattlers over the Redskins in the Outback Copper Bowl in Tuscaloosa. that is about the closest to the playoffs we will get before 2020. Glass eye and his alien looking son are going to further destroy this NFL disgrace.

Gee Lavar, thanks for all of the deep insight into each game. How long did this take to write? I'm guessing 2 minutes.

Lavar, How are employed in this medium? Do you have pictures of someone?

I miss the days of Mark Maske's predictions. If nothing else, he was a lot more humorous. I could have mailed these insightful pix in while standing by urinal.

The Packers will win as sure as LeBron will lead the Nets to the playoffs.

Yeah right dude, your picks all suck. Just like you did when you played for the 'Skins.

Hmm. Bad choice for "upset of the week". You were right, however, about one thing. Ravens-Chiefs WAS a great game to watch --- for us Ravens fans. Could it be that you just can't stand the thought of having a franchise that's actually functional just a little ways north on I-95? But by all means keep the soap opera going down there in DC. The NFL needs comic relief, too.
