Some people says "do not go to bed mad" but by the time you wake up from a quick "cat-nap" you will not remember what you were mad at.

6.Write about it.
It is the perfect way to relieve stress. This helps you say what you have to say without saying it to that direct person.

7.Talk to somebody about your issue or problem.
Talking to somebody is also a great stress reliever. This way you can vent your feelings and avoid "crashing and burning".
