Who: Interchange, a nonpartisan, all-volunteer effort to engage citizens in the democratic process through underground music and art, and Hideout, a live music venue in Chicago that supports cutting-edge creative artists.

Where: Black Cat night club, 1811 14th St. NW, Washington, D.C.
Tickets: $50 with a portion of proceeds going to the Chicago Public Schools marching bands program and the Future of Music Coalition. Purchase tickets at the Web site. In Chicago, tickets may be purchased at the Hideout.
