Metro Customer Call Center and Sales Office to Extend Hours

We told you two weeks ago that Metro would expand its service hours for the inaugural, staying open from 4 a.m. Jan. 20 through 2 a.m. Jan. 21. It will offer rush-hour service for 15 consecutive hours that day.

Now comes word that the transit authority will extend the hours of its customer call center and sales office. From Metro's press release:

Metro’s customer service call center will be open from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday, January 17, to Tuesday, January 20. The customer information call center can be reached at (202) 637-7000.
Metro’s sales offices at Metro Center will have expanded hours during Inauguration weekend. The Metro Center sales office will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, January 17, and Sunday, January 18, and from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday, January 19, and Tuesday, January 20.
The Pentagon sales office will be open from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday, January 19, and Tuesday, January 20.
All other sales offices will be closed during Inauguration weekend.
