District to Paint "Blue Line" For Parade Tonight

The traditional blue strip that is used to guide participants along the inaugural parade route will be painted tonight by the D.C. Department of Transportation. The line will run from the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. and 3rd Street NW to the intersection of Pennsylvania and 15th St. NW.
