'I Don't Know' Shirt Seems Like a Good Choice
(17th and H Street NW) -- After two hours of trying, in vain, to keep pedestrians to the sidewalk and answer questions from hundreds of befuddled visitors an MPD sergeant says, "I need a big fat 'I don't know' stripped right across my chest, man."
