In response to Princeton_Rambler, yes, all who will receive tix have been contacted (unfortunately, as I signed up but wasn't one of the lucky ones called). I spoke with someone at the Oprah show this afternoon.

They make you do a little survey but after that it’s good to go. I've been told if you do the survey now you don't have to wait on Inauguration Day :)
