MPD Reports No Arrests So Far
As of about 1:00 p.m. MPD said they had not made any arrests during today's celebrations.
Asst. D.C. Police Chief Patrick Burke said police made no arrests but dealt with "a lot of medical issues."
Law enforcement officials were gearing up for frigid and massive crowd to leave via Metro. "We've got national guardsmen at every single station, making sure there are no surges."
