Road Closures Around National Cathedral
The majority of roads closed yesterday have been reopened in the District, the D.C. Dept. of Transportation said, though a few streets will be closed near the National Cathedral from 7:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. for the National Prayer Service at 9 a.m.
