Senate Vote Underway
The Senate has finished votes on two bills teed up ahead of the $700 billion Wall Street rescue plan.
Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) just finished his closing remarks -- he followed Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) -- and now it's on to the vote, which will be by roll-call.

"This is the kind of vote we were sent here by our people to cast," McConnell just said.
