Man Handcuffed to Gurney Wheeled Into George Washington Hospital, Reporter Says

An elderly man handcuffed to a gurney was wheeled into George Washington Hospital a short time ago, according to a News Channel 8 reporter. He was surrounded by U.S. Park Police. The shooter was taken to the hospital, according to U.S. Park Police.
