Mortgage rates at record low and The Weekend Poll
INTEREST RATES on 30-year fixed-rate mortgages hit a new low of 4.71 percent this week, according to Freddie Mac. That's an incredibly low rate, and the chance to lock it in for three decades is probably a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
