3 suspicious packages reported today

At least three suspicious packages were reported Friday morning at separate locations in the District, authorities said.

Items arousing suspicions were found about 11 a.m. in the Shaw area in the 900 block of Westminster Street NW, about 10 a.m. downtown in the 1200 block of K Street NW and in upper Northwest at Wisconsin Avenue and Warren Street NW about 8 a.m.

None was determined to be a threat.

We never have to be attacked again. All we need to do is freak-out about a forgotten McDonald's bag and spend tens of thousands of dollars to investigate it. The terrorists have won and will bankrupt us into oblivian.
