PG County Police/Child Services:

Please also investigate on WHY a 5 year old girl was out walking ALONE on University Blvd at 10:30am. The volume of traffic on the north side of University Blvd where the allegded incident took place, makes me wonder if either/both her parents shouldn't be held accountable, for letting the girl walk alone in THAT neighborhood.

I hope that the girl, can recover from having her innocence taken from her at 5 years old. I weep for the society we live in, that allows an animal, to molest children & get away with it.

People should be aware of where their kids are going when the kid is traveling alone. The kid should be watched all the time, instead of trusting all sorts of people. Its situations like this that makes me wonder about the world, nowadays. Where were the parents at when this situation happened. Its not the fault of the 5 year old, to become a victim of rape. She didn't know any better. So never take this situation out on her, I feel bad that rape happened to this innocent little angel. GOD bless this little girl.

What a shame! That little girl could have been killed and dumped in some ravine.

Authorities need to investigate why a child
so young was out on the street alone.

One more thing that will probably get this deleted: we all know the demographics in that part of the county. And we all know some of the inhabitants' proclivities.

Exactly. Yet another case of parents shirking their responsibilities and not knowing where their child is.

But you can be sure the mother will NOW put on a real drama queen performance of being concerned about her child.

Are we certain that castration is considered "cruel and inhuman" punishment?

I hope the 5 year old taken away from that environment.
